A seemingly endless flow
These are the things that come to mind
when thinking of our Soul.
Our Soul that has no end it seems
Is infinite in the extreme
Unsurpassed by its magnificence
And all that we could ever dream.
Dreams that allow us a glimpse within
Of why and who we are
Helping us to come to terms with things
As we reach for that shooting star.
We are but truly spirit
Bound in our mortal frame
Eternal being here on earth
No more to die again.
Hello and welcome
We thought that the name Eternal Spirit
would encapture a Truth that we are in essence all truly Spirit.
You know we all feel that we will live for ever when we are young
and then as we grow older we realise
we are but mortal and only here for a short period of time.
Then we begin to think about life - and we just can not imagine how we can't be -
its mind boggling to say the least!
Throughout the ages different philosphies have espoused
to different ideas of how we continue to be -
reincarnation being one -
going to heaven to our Maker another.
So essentially this is a universal Truth -
that we do continue to be -
And the human spirit, is indeed indomitable -
just think of all the myriad sayings
that abound in the English language
that express that inner drive and determination and will
when all else is greatly depleted and crying out for us to stop
"The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak"
is one that comes to mind.
Essentially we are who are Souls are -
and by listening to our Soul
we can bring into our lives
a certain harmony that is otherwise elusive.
And it is with all this in mind
that we lay before you
a potpouris of ideas
for your enjoyment and pleasure -
to do what you will - accept or not - but hopefully
to stir up a few thoughts for you to take away with you on your travels.
So without further ado here is our
so pull up a chair - make yourself comfortable and enjoy,
and as this is a never ending saga -
do remember to come back and visit again won't you ?
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
